AEPi Dog Days is an annual week-long charity event benefiting Gift Of Life that is held by the brothers of the Tau Delta Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi at Northwestern University. The first annual AEPi Dog Days was held in 2003, upon receiving a donation of Vienna Beef hot dogs. In the past 2 years, Dog Days has allowed the Tau Delta Chapter to raise over $250,000, or 40%, of national fundraising among all AEPi chapters internationally. The event is now in its 13th year, taking place May 4–8 on the Northwestern campus. New Initiatives: Menu Veggie Dogs: Dog Days does not sell veggie dogs. Andy's Frozen Custard (vanilla): Dog Days sells vanilla Andy's frozen custard. Apple: New in 2015! Soft drinks: They sell this too. New Initiatives: PR Geofilter: There is a Snapchat geofilter for Dog Days during Dog Days. Campus story: Sometimes there are snaps of Dog Days on Snapchat Campus Story. Shirts: For at least one year, the shirts have been mustard yellow.
